Today is Lowmax for me. I'm with you BLECH for Monday morning!!! Where did the four-day weekend go?!!! ;(
 
Hi Jane and Tammy and everyone else!

Ok I'll third that BLECH for Monday. I'm so glad I relaxed and spent time with the family. My daughter was home from college. We had a wonderful time :) No HS today it's a "professional development day" for the teachers so my son gets to sleep in.

This is going to be a TOUGH week ahead. I've been working on a project for over a year and now there are rumblings it might be canceled - ARGHHHHH. I hope if they do it they do it quickly - this is going to kill team morale...

Hmmm... not sure what I will do today. I've done 3 weeks of intensity series but have been very tired. I'm leaning towards Body Blast week but Oh, Jane LowMax looks good :)

I'll post later this evening once it's done.

Have a good BACK to the grind day everyone :(
 
Hello you lovely ladies,

Today is indeed BLECH Monday. I am very busy but don't see any results.

Except for my w/o this morning: GS-back/shoulders/biceps plus Core Max #1. I was up way too early, so could do a nice relaxing w/o. My kids were up too early too, so they watched a DVD of Harry Potter. Everybody left for school/work right on time for a change.

Alright well..I for one am happy that it is monday:) b/c this is my short week at work and I worked all weekend.Next week...I won't like Monday either, so don't throw stones at me just yet.

Does anyone have a rotation for Dec yet or are you waiting for Cathe to put one out?
I think I am going to start a new rotation today that will take me into the new year.I am going to focus on cardio and ciruit.Good idea?:) So today is going to be a run in the morning and then circuit in the afternoon + ab work.I have taken the last 2 days off so I am looking forward to working out today:)

Well the Thanksgiving Holiday is OVER! Time to get back on track and back to WORK!
I just got done w/ the step/weight premix of SJP and will be powerwalking or doing more cardio this evening.

Off to work. Have a wonderful Monday (yes blech) but it'll be over before you know it!

I wasn't ready to come back to work, but I did it anyway. x(

I did WATP this morning and woke up my body-had a Kashi Go Lean Crunch breakfast-and off to work.

Tonight I am teaching step aerobics, so I'll get in more cardio tonight.

Good Morning Everyone (even if it IS Monday!) and Welcome back Dutchie!!

Yesterday was 1 hour bike ride and walk with dd.....this morning was the Viper! If it's not raining later, I'll work in a walk because we are supposed to get to 70 degrees today!!! Then tomorrow, the cold is back.:( I want to enjoy the mild temps while I can!!

Today is Super Sets for me according to the rotation but since I messed it up anyway, I will do a shorter premix of SS and add some cardio of choice in. At this point, so long as I work out at all I will be happy. LOL

Robyn..sounds like you really had a great Thanksgiving weekend with family. Hope things aren't too tough if that project gets cancelled...:(..I think the BodyBlast series would make a fun rotation..

I'm with you Lori, as I like Mondays! I don't go to work but I do Houseworkmax around here all day! I think cardio and circuits would make a good rotation.

Kali..those premixes on SJP/SB give you so many choices!

Marcia...what is WATP?....

Becky...yeow..the Viper!! I think our 70's are over...its 40 with clouds today.

Wendy...I was thinking of SS too today. The premixes are great!

So, I am thinking of a circuit with lowmax intervals and GS Back, chest and legs. Alternating the lowmax intervals with the weight exercises.

Morning,

I really enjoyed the 4 day weekend. Thanksgiving weekend for me and my family was WONDERFUL. I stepped on the scale Thanksgiving day after a 10 day challenge, I lost 4 lbs. Stepped back on today and only picked up 1 lb. So, I guess I didn’t do to bad.

Workout, NOT today, I could hardly get my but up this morning. I party or should I say we partied and I didn’t over eat, I’m good. I hung out late with my sisters, watched movies, I guess it was just the thrill of not having to go to bed early.

Tomorrow, I’m going to start another 10 day challenge, then step back on the scale on the 10th day, I’m only 5 lbs from goal, I will continue 10 day challenge’s until Xmas.

Okay, back to work ARHG.......I need a second cup of coffee, so I can wake up.

I'll agree with the "BLECH!" Monday. All of our snow is getting washed away, it's very mild and rainy----double "BLECH!"

I dusted off an old Charlene Prickett (Moving to Lean) aerobics workout this morning. It did the job and I'm ready to face the day. I'll teach BodyPump at lunch time.

I did A-Jock's Black Friday mish-mosh with CK and LowMax blasts. It was a great workout and a lot of fun. My legs and upper back are buzzing today and I like it}( If you have these workouts I'd say give it a go, CK kickbox first, then LM blasts then CK conditioning drills. I added MM abs to it for a full body blast and it came in under 90 minutes.

Hello Everyone! I had a very nice break and managed to stay on top of my eating and workouts. I relaxed yesterday and was really tired this morning so decided to do Low Impact Step. I figured it would be a no-brainer and I was right, I must have left my brain in bed because I was tripping every few steps!!!! Plus I got dizzy just doing the pivots and over lunges. Yikes, hopefully tomorrow will be better. I'm trying to finish the November rotation and I'm not sure yet about December. I haven't tried the terminator workouts yet (go becky with the viper!) so maybe I'll just work myself to the bones before the next break!}(

Found the check in on page 2, boy I must be late today!! LOL!!

Well, I think somehow, some way, and some shape I need to mix it up better. My weight isn't budging like it should and I think my body is getting too use to my workouts. So today I did the hi/lo floor aerobics off of MIC only since I haven't done hi/lo in a long time. It was nice and I put alot into it.

I am highly stressed these days (which isn't helping my weight any) and I will be out of town Thursday, Friday, Sat. and Sun. visiting my mom in NC who is sick so I won't be working out. Between my mom being very sick and my aunt in the hospital dying, a death in our church and other really close friends that are very ill, I am very raw emotionally right now so I kinda cry at a drop of a hat these days. Plus my hormones are messed up also I am on day 54 of no cycle so my body is out of whack also,sigh, I am just a mess,LOL!!

Anyway have a great day and keep me in your prayers. I would appreciate that very much.

You have a lot going on right .....no surprise that you are stressed!!!!!!!
Just do what you can and don't push yourself. Thurs-Sun can just be a rest time, a break in your workout, which isn't a bad thing to take from time to time anyway. Maybe you can fit in some stretching and deep breathing.....good for stress.

Know that you have a lot of support right here. Lots of "ears" and "shoulders" and a lot of the time ,very good advice too.

As of now, you are in my prayers, along with your mom & aunt.
I hope things turn around for you soon!!!

This morning I did Timesaver cardio 1 and abs from 2.
I also did the floorwork from GS Legs. I forgot how much that burns. I had to rush out to pick up my son and could barely walk.

Good Morning - Well late afternoon everyone... :)

Becky - I am so sorry you have a lot of stressors going on right now. Today has not been good here at work for me either. A co-worker hung himself on Friday - so everyone is dealing with it. Very very sad - especially since it might have been more of an accident than intentional....

Tonight I am thinking I need to jumpstart back in after taking a few days off. I did do Gauntlet on T-day - but nothing since. I was thinking a tough circuit - like Viper, but I also havent done any of the Harcore Extreme - so might pick one of those. Although after reading some of the posts here - Low Max is sounding good too.

I think I will just do something close to the first week of Novembers rotation until the December one is posted.

LowMax is history, thank goodness. That one is a butt and leg burner!

Carole - it is nice to get a dusting of snow without all the headaches of a big snowfall isn't it? Here in NC, at the first hint of a possible snowstorm, everybody mobilizes and goes to the grocery store and buys all the milk, bread, and batteries in sight! Not to mention bottled water. It is hilirious!

Annette - I'm sorry you are having such a stressful time right now. My thoughts are without. {{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}
