Hi ladies,

Still working on getting some DOMS it is getting harder and harder to feel anything after a workout.

Today I taught my Silver and Fit 4 routine to 8 ladies for 50 minutes.

Then I did 70 minutes of weight work mostly chest press with the barbell. Trying this time under pressure method. So I did a pyramid type thing but held the weight at different points in the lift to help work the muscles more. Started at 55 pounds and went up to 80 increasing the weight by 5 pounds . I did 3 slow reps at each weight. Then I came back down the pyramid doing the same thing 3 reps each weight holding some for counts of 3 or 6 seconds.

Also hit other muscle groups, on the rope pull I got one rep at 200 pounds!!!

Also did floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

If I don't feel it tomorrow or Wednesday there is something seriously wrong with me, LOL!!

I did more MH yesterday. Back/bi's and shoulders. It was short as I was short on time.

Annette - I agree. It's hard to get DOMS - until you do Millionaire Hoy workouts. I can barely work out the next day when I do an hour long workout. He's amazing.
