Today I did Chris & Edi lower body plus planks for about an hour. It was tough but fun.

Linda - I was wondering about you this weekend. I notice when you're missing from the check-in because you are never missing :). I hope you are enjoying your workout and had a good recovery weekend.

Great long workout this morning, Siobhan, with your Chris & Edi lower body & planks- 1 hour!

Today's workouts:

IFit- "Upper Body Strength" - 30 min. (This is the only "weights" workout that I do in the IFit app, it's an older one and I was having trouble finding it, I thought they had removed it cause it was so old, but after much searching, I finally found it, they simply renamed it slightly........

IFit- "Kirra Gold Coast, Australia" Speed Play Treadmill Walk- 21 min. Beautiful scenery!

Well, hubby is off work this week so we went north to Bass Pro Shop. So other than walking not much else happened in the exercise department. Hopefully tomorrow I can get a workout in.
