Hi Annette,

Today I took a bit of a rest day. My body is sore from my weekend workouts. I did 15 minutes of Tapout XT - core work + added on another 15 minutes of a cardio core workout - same instructor. Now, to stretch.

Congrats on your weight loss Annette. You work hard and deserve to see results!

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 9 ladies for my Silver and Fit class including one new lady. We did a workout we don't normally do and it was around 53 minutes.

Then I did 60 minutes of weight work including barbell, dumbbells, machines, floorwork and the sled pull ( doing 45 pounds, then 70 pounds, then 85 pounds and the sled is about 100 pounds alone. It is a nice cardio and weights both at the same time. I went up and back 2 times for each weight so 6 times total.

I will feel that later.

I have my lengthy dentist appointment this afternoon. Joy o joy!!
