Today is starting the upperbody Bliss, so I will be doing GS BBS and some type of abs. what kind of results did you ladies get when doing this rotation?

Good morning everybody!

I did RS this morning. Wow, I forgot that this is a tough workout a lot of jumping around, but it sure was fun :+ !

Only a 3 day work week this week, woohoo!!!! :)

Hi Ladies.

Okay, I keep changing my mind here I on what I want to do! lol

I was going to re-start the November rotation with week 2 which is where my work outs went "kablooie" but now I'm thinking I will start with the week that I SHOULD be in which is week 3. I hate decisions!!!!x( :p LOL

Well it's either Kick Max or Circuit Max for me today...I'll let inspiration take over at the last minute to help me make a decision. Will probably work out when Joey takes his nap late morning.

I did Supersets - Upper Body Blast. That is skipping lower body and doing UB twice. Good workout that way! I feel pumped after those killer biceps!

Hi all, really stessful here so my weight is back up, I really hate eating out of stress.

But I did manage to do biceps (PUB) and Triceps (PS) and abs (PS), and if I can manage to move at lunch I will do cardio then. Last night at my son's middle school youth group at church it was parents' night and they made up play elbow tag. Well, lemme just say I haven't ran around like that is a long time (running isn't my thing) so I am really really sore today (I was even sore last night after I got home,sigh);( :eek: . I can barely move, my upper back thighs are killing me!!!!:eek: :eek: So if I can get enough painfree moments I really would like to do cardio later, we'll see how it goes!:p

Hi Ladies,

I hope everyone had a great weekend, it flew by so fast for me. Saturday, I was in and out the house running errands all day wore me self out. This morning, I could barely get my butt out of bed, just tired from the weekend x(

Anywho, I got a very late start tis morning, but, decided to do something. So, I did a 40 minute jog on me treadie, tonight is Legs & Glutes & Abs :p :9 Back to work, have a wonderful day.

Ok, I am back and managed 30 min. of taebo using the 8 min. workout and part of another advanced workout. I am done now, I was also wearing weighted gloves.:7
 
I'm always the last to post ;)

Did Imax2 tonight. I'm doing a 3rd week of Intensity series. I'm feeling so much better and in the mirror really see some muscle definition :)
