Good Morning Everyone,

I just don't wanna go to work today.... but I will!

Today I did a WB mix of cycling and RWH bi's/shoulders and my own stretch. It was about 45 minutes. Good start to the day.

Melanie 2 - your are correct! it's good to just show up for the workout to keep the habit going. Good reminder as I say the same to my kids - the best workout is the one you'll do.

Good morning. PLB done today. I didn't "mind" it for a leg workout. I'm going to be sore today! I'm feeling the hour early for workout now-- it seems like the daylight savings time glamour was worn out. lol

Calcio-- did your gym drop your free membership when they canceled your 1030 class?

Ceci - as long as you do some long of workout that is all that matters.

Melanie - PLB is one of my favorites although all those leg presses get to me now that I am older. Sometimes I sound like I am in my 80's lol. I am only 51 but have been working out since I was 13 so it feels like a lifetime!

Annette - I have the same question as Melanie - if they cancelled your free membership then I feel like they should have given you more time. If they just dropped you from teaching the class, I don't feel like they need to give you more notice.

Today was Bodyworks Live. It was my first time doing it and I loved it.

Does any one have any big Thanksgiving plans? It is very low key at our house. The kids really only come home for the day as they are busy with work and school.

Jacmar— since we have a large family, we host most holidays (no one invites us to their house. Ever.).... so we are cooking for 24. I don’t mind. We are blessed!
 
Hi ladies,

They only dropped me from my one 10:30 time slot on Mondays. I still teach 2 other days at 10:30 & the 9 am class on Mondays. I still get a free membership and my son does too. I built my class from the ground up, starting with 1 person . I just feel that they could have at least discussed it with me before dropping me with only a week's notice and having to tell my class and all. I talked to 2 ladies today and they feel that I was slighted, but the gym owners are slighting a lot of people.

Today I taught my Silver and Fit 3 workout for 52 minutes to 13 members.

Then I did the elliptical machine for 47 minutes, 34 of which was going backwards, then I did 7 minutes on the stair machine and then about 15 minutes of weights including lat pull downs wide grip and close grip under hand , the calf machine and leg press machine and floorwork abs to finish.

Shoulder and arm still bothering me, sigh.

Thankfully the workouts I have created for my classes, can be done at home for just myself.

Hey Annette,

I hadn't read your comment about your gym/workplace until now. I would probably just talk to the owners and say I got this email. wondering why you didn't brief me before the email came out. I would also express that it came out of the blue and you would prefer to have been consulted and ask what happened there. also, I would ask that going forward, if there are changes to please let you know in person. I would let them know how it left you feeling too. sorry that happened
