Good Monday Morning everyone,

I wish you all a great start to the week ahead.

This morning I did: Xtrain Biceps/Triceps but replaced the triceps with my own weighted/non-weighted squats. Next, I did Cardio Supersets Step Express premix - minus the warm-up. I haven't done that one in a long time. It was a good intermediate level workout.

I think I forgot to check in yesterday....whoops.
Sunday I did RWH Low Impact Hiit 2 and Core 2.
Today was TF Stretch 40 and CLX Ab Burner...

In the middle of auditions for 1776, so pardon the sleep deprived status!
 
Hi gals,

Today was a KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness-Kickbox and then at the gym I tried the stairmaster machine again and did 16.16 minutes on it without pausing to take a break so not bad. Then I did 25 min. of weights hitting all muscle groups.

Hope all is well with everyone, it is nice and sunny around 60 something degrees so a very nice day outside.
