Today's workouts:

Blender- "Simply Biceps" - 20 min.
YT- Tabata Songs- 8 min. Full Body Weight Plate workout
YT- Crossrope- Jump Rope & Biceps- 6 min.
YT- City Row- 10 min. Hiit & Strength Workout

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did 2.0 for biceps which was about 35 minutes. I added on Shock Cardio 30/30 but didn't do the warm up or the cool down - about 20 minutes. I did my own stretches during 2.0 cos I love those long breaks.

Nice workout this morning, Linda. Not too long, not too short.

Good job Siobhan with 2.0 Biceps for 35 min. and added on 20 min. of Shock Cardio.

Looks like we both had a "Biceps" day!
 
Hi ladies,

Today I have a dentist appointment at 2, so I stayed home after sleeping in, and did a new to me Taebo Amped Starting Cardio(I think that is the name of it) workout off YouTube. It was 41 minutes long and I used my wrist weights since I don't have an Amp bar. Plus I added a 3 pound dumbbell when I wanted more resistance. It was a good workout.

Nice workouts ladies . Do we ever do a bad workout?? I don't think so.

Hi Nora,

For now both vehicles are out of the shop but dh's is still making a noise so that may need to be addressed. Sigh, never ending.

Do you like Kelly's new ones? or at least the ones you have done.....I never did get them,
but she has them on her app now. I am not currently subscribed, but if I do again in
the future, I guess I'll be able to try them. I have so many workout choices right now,
I probably wouldn't get my $'s worth if I re-subscribed now.
