workout in!

Today's workouts:

Blender- " STS 2 Body Parts: Biceps & Shoulders" - 26 min.
Killer Legs-Barre Bonus- 18 min. ( did the Killer Legs warmup and most of the Barre bonus, skipped a couple
exercises)
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body Weights EMOM

Hi ladies,

Today was a Mzi mnyazi workout, really parts of 2 (warm up 7 minutes on 1 till I remembered having done it before and not liking the moves) then I did a 31 minute one that I had not done(and had probably skipped because it was too short) but it was good and sweaty. Altogether 38 minutes of Cardio Kickboxing so not bad.

I need to clean, wash, bake and hem all this week before the wedding, sigh.

Today I did To The Mat Express #2 for 35 minutes - trying to see if I could work out some of the kinks in my legs. Next, I did the Shoulders Muscle Meltdown for 15 minutes and finished off with Step Boss, Extended Lying Stretch for 10 minutes!

Hey, Nicki, Mzi is a South African instructor that has workouts on YouTube. Guess I forgot to mention he is on YouTube most everyone else knows. So sorry.
