Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 8 ladies and we did one of my original Silver and Fit routines for 55 minutes.

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including dumbbell press and flyes, triceps, biceps, shoulders, machines for back and shoulders and the sled pull with 3, 45 pound plates, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Whew!! I am beat.
