Saturday was a rest day

Sunday Metabolic Mish Mosh Live and Yoga. This is the newest Live workout and it was outstanding.

Today All Out LI Hiit plus Abs and Yoga.

Hi ladies,

Whole weekend was rest for me. Pulled my shoulder blade and was hurting both days.

Today I taught my Silver and Fit 3 workout to 12 members for 52 minutes. Had a new lady.

Then I did 70 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, legs and glutes.

I worked out all weekend - MH + Cathe Fit splits chest segment.

i worked out today too - a 30 minute lower body MH workout + my own long stretch.

Annette - with all this working out aren't you hungry? when i workout i could eat my arm.
 
Yes, Ceci, I don't eat before I go to the gym so by the time I am finished I am starving. I have upped my protein too. I took my measurements this weekend and was surprised to see the results. Everyone keeps saying how slim my legs are now, well upper thigh,mid thigh and just above my knee are all down an inch each!! Waist is down an inch, under my bust is back down, hips are the same(but I don't have hips to begin with) and my stomach was down an inch or so.

But yes, I get hungry.
