Hi ladies,

Okay...now I know lightening is going to strike me...
Not only is my car "broken", but last night the refrigerator decided to die a slow painful death. Okay, 15 years is a decent lifespan so I knew it was going to happen sooner rather than later...but seriously?
I am getting the car fixed now so I can go buy a fridge tonight.
I feel like my checkbook is just staying in my hand lately.....

This morning was Yoga Relax - I really needed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did CTX 10-10-10 but did the step as hi/lo, then did Taebo Express Combos.

I am back down weight wise so I am hoping to keep this going.

Happy Day! Day off of work today. I enjoyed a morning walk with mom and then a short high intensity workout. I'm dripping in sweat.

Connie I hope you find a great sale today on the fridge!

As for work, last week one of the men referred to me as "part of the pretty furniture around here"

Happy Veterans day to my husband....30+ years retired Army Lt. Col. I'm so proud of him!
