Hi ladies,

Today I need to get back on my healthy eating track. I just haven't been eating meals, just knoshing around for the most part.
This morning was Rhythmic Step - haven't done this in years, and if you can get past the horrible music in the middle is a nice solid state cardio workout.

Today, I did Greatest hits premix 3. It included step portions from SJP, BM2, and Step Moves. Very fun.

Monday's are always get back on track with eating days for me cause I use Sunday's as a cheat day. I don't loose my mind on sunday's. I just always have dessert.

Today I didn't feel like working out so started with Great Glutes (standing portion - 30 minutes) + JNL Fusion Ballistic Backside - 20 minutes. JNL is definitely contrast training and enduring. whoa!

Cecfifi, RS is so much fun. The music is fun and energizing and you will get a good sweat. The leg work at the makes me scream, "Mmmmooooommmmaaaaaaa." I hope you get to do it one day.

Today I did the Total Body Fat Blasting Taebo Workout.

That was inbetween messing with the puppy and taking her out since she woke up during my workout.

Oh we did stay with Dakota as her name afterall.
