Hi Siobhan,
Today I did the Nourish Move Love Push and Pull weights routine with a quick walk around the block in-between the push and the pull, plus I added floorwork for abs and legs and glutes and a stretch at the end. Ended up being 65 minutes. I took most of the weight exercises to 20 reps dropping to 16 towards the end of the 2nd push segment. I think I will feel this workout tomorrow.
Trying to do weights of some kind everyday this week.
Finally sunshine, after the torrential rains of last Friday and Saturday.
