Today's workouts:

Blender- STS 1.0 - SuperSets - 30 min.
IFit- Pyramid Intervals Rowing Bootcamp - 33 min.

These 2 were a little longer, so that's all for today !

Hi Everyone,

Today I did two Michelle Briehler workouts for upper body - supersets. I did 30 minutes of one workout and added on 15 minutes of the other. I liked it a lot.

Nice workout this morning Linda. And, it was a long one!

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did a new 'Taebo' like workout I found on YouTube. It was from FITT TECH CARDIO KICKBOXING 50 minute workout by FITT GOD. It was very good and sweaty. Felt just like Taebo even the instructor was black and bald but younger. They have several more so I have my cardio plan for the week.

Nice workout everyone!!

Dentist appointment this afternoon.

Hey Annette, good luck at the ole dentist......nice fun workout today with FITT TECH CARDIO KICKBOXING 50 minute workout on YT. It's always fun to find "new" workouts!
 
Hi girls sorry for the late post.

I lost internet for a while andthen I could not loig in to cathe saying java script error do not have permisson or something like that.

So i just tried to log in and now success. So I will now quickly post my workouts no time for persoanls as its really late other than to say hello's and great job on all your workouts, bravo.
I hope all went well for Annette at dentist today.

XTrain- D3A- Burn Sets- Chest, Back & Shoulders= 51 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling-Ride like no one is watching!- 30 min HIIT Dance Ride= 31 Min
