Hi ladies,
Today was a slow starter day, I ended up doing a Paul Eugene 20 minute quick pace (160 bpm music)walking workout complete with arm, leg and abwork all standing. (5 mph speed)
Then I did a Taebo Shape workout using 3 pound dumbbells (and dropped them at the end) it was 22 minutes of cardio and weights.
I need to get something done like running some errands.
Tomorrow I am meeting my friend at 1 to go to an antique mall so my workout will be whatever I get to before.
Nice workouts ladies.
Add on 40 minutes of cleaning (vacuuming downstairs and upstairs, cleaning upstairs bathroom, and earlier I changed the sheets complete with rotating the mattress and I have also carried laundry downstairs and started it).
