Hi Everyone,

Today I did Gym Styles - chest and triceps + SSOD 20 minute pilates workout + my own stretch.

It was beautiful here yesterday. DH and I went for a walk in the neighbourhood. I got some sun yesterday and Friday. Annette I never wear sun screen either but then again, I don't sun tan. If I was to sit out in the sun I would likely wear a hat and sit under a tree. I only burn - no tan - I was born in Scotland so I am pale and freckled everywhere.

Hi lovely ladies,

Today I did another of Billy Blanks home workouts it was 32 minutes long. I had to laugh when he turned to his wife(I believe it is his wife) and she couldn't get the combo right.

Then I did another 28 minute Advance Taebo both were on YouTube.

Then I did 40 minutes of a pyramid workout but no back. I switched weights really fast and I feeling it. This included floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Ceci, I used to freckle but they went away during my late 20's, 30's and 40's but now they are back, go figure.

I was very pale as a child with blue eyes and medium brown hair, and freckles. In the sun, my hair would lighten to a lighter shade of brown with streaks of red (freckles maybe due to this) and blond( which is where the blue eyes come in maybe).

I was a combination mess of genetic traits,LOL!
 
Hi all

Today was Stepped up Bootcamp Live a 40 minute walk and yoga.

I have Mediterranean skin. I never burn but i am terrified to go out without sunscreen. I use a SPF moisturizer as part of my skin care routine and put additional on when I lay in the sun.
