Hi Annette,

Today I did Cathe's P30 Mobility workout. It was just what my body needed today after that long workout yesterday.

I hope you are all right today and can exercise. We often don't feel falls until a day later.

Hi Siobhan,

I feel like I should have a bruise or something but all I have is soreness. My right side was slightly strained so I went only moderate on the weights today.

Today I had 7 ladies and we did my Revised Circuit for 45 minutes, then I did 45 minutes of moderate weights using the barbell, new machines and cables plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
