Hi Annette,

Today I did 30 minutes of Cathe's Rockout Knockout and added on 10 minutes of Funk Roberts bodyweight moves. Now, to stretch.

I am back in the office for two weeks ugh. It's better than all weeks. Fortunately, work is only 3 km away so I can come home for lunch.

Do you think that you will eventually go back to the office full time?

Today I did a Cardio Kickboxing with Robin Chapman, something I found on YouTube. It was a class, it was good with 2 exceptions: 1. Her music cut out halfway through the 48 minute workout and 2. Her form for hooks was horrible just flailing her arms like a monkey, sigh. Other than that it was good I only did 42 minutes because she went to planks and I stopped there. Then a 7 min. Yvette Bachman warmup (kind of used it as a cooldown for the last workout).
