Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did STS 2.0 Lower Body #1. I really liked it and couldn't finish the finisher at the end (ball roll-in's) as my legs were cramping. I added on about 15 minutes of STS 2.0 Mobility workout. I liked that too. These are really good workouts. I love having something new from Cathe that isn't live. It's so polished and love seeing her crew.

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did a 30 minute Upper body Taebo with my wrist weights on plus I added plates and dumbbells to some of the exercises for added weight. It was hard but good and hopefully I will feel it later.

Siobhan, I am glad you are enjoying your new Cathe workouts.

Add in 15 minutes of floorwork.

STS 2.0 Lower Body #1, and added on about 15 minutes of STS 2.0 Mobility workout. I'm so excited you are enjoying STS 2.0 so far. I got mine Friday but I need time to review the workouts and looking forward to User's Guide to post and then make out my workout schedule before I start doing the new workouts,can't wait;) Enjoy your Monday:)

Thanks Nora…….my eye appt isn’t for another wk or so…..if I can get some other issues straightened out, (I have had a “whammy” at one time, I will start again. I actually practiced some of the new STS 2 ab moves this AM…..yes, apparently my first dvd package was lost in space, but they sent another set by UPS, which I received Sat.
