Good Monday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of 2023 Videos - Killer Legs (I didn't do the last combo) so it was about 35 minutes. I added on Boho Beautiful yoga for 20 minutes which was a really deep stretch.

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did what I am calling a walking circuit, I'll explain.

Our town has 2 parks within the city limits, on my side of town there is a Rotary Park that has a fitness trail that has exercise stations at different intervals. Plus the low income housing development has a walking trail through it (not part of the park system). So today I took a 62 minute walking circuit consisting of jogging, walking backwards, going up and down all the stairs that were part of the low income walking trail(not part technically but able to sneak them in), more jogging, a fitness station or 2 , more backwards walking , some hills in there too, trying to dodge raindrops, one last jog and walk to home. I am a sweaty mess.

So I am counting that as a walking circuit.

Nice outdoor walking circuit yesterday Annette! That sounds like so much fun! Everytime
you mention walking backwards, reminds me of a girl that walks in the neighborhood
and one day she was coming up the street walking backwards. When she saw me, she
said, "Oh, I bet you think I'm crazy!" I laughed and told her, "No, not at all, I know exactly
what you're doing :), and that's great, cause those muscles don't get worked as much
as going forward.....She said, "I appreciate that, thank you!"
