And there goes May... final week.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I am just stretching for about 20 minutes. My alarm didn't go off - well it did, but somehow, the sound is turned off ??? Could this be a case of DH not knowing how to turn off the alarm clock as it's on my side of the bed and likely went off after I got up one morning?

Annette - I am so sorry you have been at the hospital so long. You must have been very scared. Please tell us how much Vitamin D you were taking as I am taking a lot too!!!! My naturopath recommends 6000 unit + 2000 Vitamin C + zinc + Queretin (?) daily during this time. zinc makes me nauseous for some reason.

Today was a WB mix of Cardio Supersets and All out LI Hiit.. I will do yoga later.

Annette i am sorry you are going through this. I take a lot of supplements but not Vitamin D specifically.

Ceci I take a probiotic, elderberry and a ACV pomegranate beet supplement for my immune system. I take so many supplements that I get tired of them all.

Hello everybody,

Today was Cathe Low Impact Step & Total Body Sculpting minus the ab work. My poor hubby caught some poison oak and a tick last week while playing disc golf. He is so miserable! I'm glad I didn't go play with them.

Annette, I hope this clears up fast for you.

Hi Everyone,

I ended up doing a short workout of PUB - biceps and shoulders + my own biceps and shoulders workout + 12 minutes of pilates. I did more stretching for my lower back.

Annette - are you home? How are you feeling?

Hi Ceci,

Still in the hospital, hoping to go home tomorrow. Kidney doctor is ok with it. Just has to be ok with my regular admitting doctor. I feel so much better. Thanks for asking.
