No, long weekend, that is next weekend, Memorial Day is next Monday.
Today I had 8 ladies and we did my Silver and Fit 4 ,I think. It is the one with the electric slide in it. It was roughly 53 minutes.
Then I did 47 minutes of weight work including barbell press , both new machines and dumbbells for flyes and hammer curls, maybe triceps, boy my memory is bad. Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Short stretch.
It is raining here and cooler than yesterday.
