Hi Siobhan,
Today I stayed home, though in hindsight, it was too hot in the house to exercise. But nevertheless I did an oldie of Cathe's which kicked my rear end good. I did Circuit Max, warm up, and all the cardio up to the step segments and I did the stretch at the end so roughly 47 minutes of it. Definitely not as young as I used to be, plus it is 76 degrees in the house.
I may do more but I need to cooldown first.
