Today's workouts:

Hydrow CT #23- 20 min. Rowing & Lower Body EMOM
YT- Juice & Toya- 15 min. Med Ball Hiit Workout
YT- Vive Health- 15 min. Balance disc workout (didn't really click with this one. I guess it was
ok, not sure if I will re-visit.)

Hi ladies,

After running a low grade fever for 6 days, I think it is gone. So I did 30 minutes of an hour long Taebo and I am beat. I hope that I am on the mend now.

Thanks everyone, I have managed 2 loads of laundry, vacuumed 3 rooms downstairs, put some coats away for the summer, straightened up some messy areas, tried to save a broken peony branch that still had beautiful blooms on it but failed and pulled some weeds big knarly weeds. All done spaced out through out the day and my temperature has remained normal,Yay!!

This sounds like a no go for me with my balance issues

Nora, actually there was very little standing on the balance disc, but you held onto the back of a chair….most of it was seated holding The disc and doing mobility moves with it. It was ok….maybe I will re-visit it at a later date.
