Hi Everyone,

Today I did a 40 minutes SSOD workout + a pyramid deadlift + bicep 15 minute segment. I added in my own extended stretch.

Lisa - I was visiting my mother in law for a night. My DD is home for the summer. Great workout yesterday!

Hi ladies,

Taught my Revised Circuit to 13 members for 47 minutes.

Then did 40 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and legs.

Finished with 20 minutes on the elliptical.

PT this afternoon at 4.
