Today's workouts:
Blender- "Bilateral-Unilateral Total Body Trisets" - 48 min.
CrossRope App- "No Jump Ropeless Workout" - 12 min. ( this was a neat workout
with a ropeless jump rope, I've learned how to do reverse lunges and squats while
turning the ropeless. A little learning curve to both, it keeps you thinking!!)
Have a good day! Gotta take my car for oil change & inspection this AM....Nice thing is the shop is
just down the street, so I can walk home and walk back when done!
