Good morning girls! Nice workouts over the weekend Nora & Annette!
Hello to Siobhan! Hope your trip is going good!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Bilateral-Unilateral Total Body Trisets" - 48 min.
CrossRope App- "No Jump Ropeless Workout" - 12 min. ( this was a neat workout
with a ropeless jump rope, I've learned how to do reverse lunges and squats while
turning the ropeless. A little learning curve to both, it keeps you thinking!!)

Have a good day! Gotta take my car for oil change & inspection this AM....Nice thing is the shop is
just down the street, so I can walk home and walk back when done!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was 34 minutes of Taebo Cardio Inferno with my boxing gloves on. I stopped at the lunges. I am going to get some sun now.

Linda- Nice that the place that will take care of your car to change the oil is in walking distance after dropping it off, that's nice.

I have not done that workout yet. I have it and working my way through my too fun Taebo collection on DVD.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 30-min HIGH BURN Circuits Indoor Cycling Workout= 30 Min

Total calories burned = 1240

Total miles so far for May 2024 =107.70 + = Miles

I had to post an update on my workouts. I did not get to to do the cycling like I wanted. I got a late start on errands and it pushed my workout back. But I did TaeBo Fat Blasting Cardio (w/bands)= 49 Min and Leslie Sansone- 5 Fat Burning Mles - Miles 1 & 2 = 24 Min + 3 Min W.up= 27 Min.. That was bfun and felt great!. I just wish things wwwwou l'd have ghone as planned and got my cycle in as well, oh well.
