Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Body Sculpt Overload" - 35 min. (not really cardio in this one, but uses a weighted vest)
YT-Redwoods- Cardio Drumming with Lindsay - 19 min. (still gotta do my drumming!)

Hello, Linda! So, the Body Sculpt is a weighted vest? Any other equipment? Do you like it?

Yes, she wears a weighted vest for the sculpting exercises ( that’s the overload part)and of course, there are dumbbells on some of them as well. At the end, you take off the vest for a couple ab exercises on the floor & stretch. Yes, I really like this one!

Despite intermittent pain yesterday and a little this morning I managed to do another Ecogym called Super Clase De Aerobox which was 46.30 minutes long but with commercials you have to fast forward through it came to about 48 minutes according to my phone.

It was good and sweaty and hard to do with my dry mouth and having to pay attention to where you put the mint in your mouth. And not being able to gulp water the whole time. Any way it was a very good though lopsided workout, wish she would switch to the other side instead of just adding on to the segment and making it longer, sigh.

Anyway, nice workout Linda.

Hope you will feel better Annette, but kudos for getting in Super Clase De Aerobox-46.30 minutes. Yep, those darn commercials can be a pain in itself….they ought to realize that
commercials in the middle of workouts aren’t the best idea!

Nicki, great workout for today with LMR Functional Core for 32 minutes &
Gloved Up and Sweaty - Jump rope bonus for 11 min (yay) & Hardcore Stretch Max #3 Bands -18 minutes. Great variety!
