Today I did a mix of Cathe's Intensity PLB - standing portion only (no squats - back issues) + 20 minutes of Funk Roberts Metabolic something or other. Great workouts!
Today I came to the gym and did 60 minutes on the elliptical and then 25 minutes of the back and shoulder machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
So nice long workout.
