Blender- a circuit workout of a little cardio & weights - 22 min.
IFit- "Tre Cime Nature Park-Part 2- Italy" Treadmill walk- 22 min.
Blender- STS Total Body add-on - 10 min.

Today I did a Cathe Live of Cardio Abs - It was 48 minutes and it had a lot of high impact cardio in it. I did my own stretch after.

Nice workout Linda! Great start to the day.

Hi ladies,

Today I am still not up to par, not even sure what is wrong. I did manage to do 35 minutes of a FITT TECH KICKBOXING LOWER BODY that was 43 minutes long.

I see my renal doctor at 2 hopefully he is happy with my lab results.

Annette, I noticed that you had asked a question about shoes on another thread. I googled your question & two things kept being mentioned……shoes with cleats & turf shoes, Not sure that helps….

Thanks Linda, metal cleats are out, need to be turf shoes which have rubber nubs . Thanks for helping.
