Hi Ladies,

I hope you all had a great Mom's day, sorry I didnt' check in yesterday, it was another crazy day.
I did workout though, I did High Step Challenge.

Today was cardio - TF Firestarter, CLX Extreme Abs, then TF stretch 10.

Liking Firestarter alot, and I am going to revisit the hiits this week hopefully. I was sweating like crazy this morning. The combos have more "break down", but your energy doesnt!
 
Hi Connie and all who check in after me...

Today I'll do another short intense ciruit workout....I have family coming to visit this week and have to get the rooms ready for the visitors...so the workouts will be short for the next few weeks. :confused:

Connie - I'm going to get Firestarter, I like the TF but find myself modifying the jumps so I think TF FS will be just what my old bones need. ;)

Hi everyone,

I did not start the thread properly on Saturday - sorry.

I did not workout yesterday. Things have just been so busy. But had a good mom's day nonetheless.

Today I did KCM Weights workout + warm-up - bi's tri's and shoulders - 30 minutes

Next I did Cathe's Hiit Pyramid Wave workout - 23 minutes

Then moved onto Jack 30 day fast start abs - maybe another 10 minutes

Not a bad workout but I am tired today. Did a home visit at the end of the day and wow..... it's very sad how some people live - and alone.

I ended the day with turbo jam 20 min workout and 12 min abs workout 50sec of work and 10 sec rest. Good workout!

Siobhan I could hear the energy zapped from you. How blessed these folks are to have you come by to try and help them. Good work!
