Hi ladies,
Today I was woken up to the sound of our trees being cut down. Yes, we were expecting them today.
So I ended up doing my Up Tempo Cardio Kickboxing, little trouble with the music but I think I know what the problem was, it was 41 minutes.
Then I did a In the Living Room Taebo that was 31 minutes. Used my 2 pound hand weights when I could.
Then I finished up with 50 minutes of weight work mostly variation of the pyramid method ending with floodwork for abs, legs and glutes.
Now I am finished, have a great day!!!
