Today's workouts:

Stephanie Huckabee- Time Crunch- "Total Body Tubing Workout" - 20 min.
YT-Kate's Home Fitness- "Step by Step" Weighted Vest & Light Dumbbells Tone Up Walk - 20 min.

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did an 83 minute gym circuit for chest and back.

Consisting of bench press from 55 pounds to 80 pounds, the back machine from 25 on each side to 45 on each side, then dumbbells for chest press using 15's and 20's for press and flyes. Lying overhead holding fat end of the dumbbell for upper back.

The glute machine to 60 pounds.

Then the sled started at 4 plates and did backwards strap pull, then pushed 5, pulled 6 and pushed 7. Needed a change.

Then floorwork for abs, and legs plus I added in 1 arm rows for back holding 6 pounds, then 8 and finally 10. Then a stretch.

All in all it was a very good workout.
