Hi Annette (and Cathletes),

Today I did Cathe's Lite Metabolic something or other. This was so enjoyable and challenging with the gliding discs (spelling?). So glad I picked this one.

Glad to read you had a restful day yesterday. I had one client (online) and the rest of the day was spent tidying, reading, cooking etc. All the things I haven't been able to do 'cos I've been working so much lately. My DH has been doing everything around the house since the pandemic hit as my business just got to0 busy to manage it all. It felt great to have the freedom to clean (never thought I'd say that!)

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 8 ladies for my Silver and Fit class including 1 new lady and 1 lady who normally doesn't like my class. We did my fast paced one for 52 minutes.

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including barbell up to 105 pounds maybe 110 now I can't remember. Machine work for back and arms, dumbbells for triceps and shoulders and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Quick stretch.

Nice workout for you too. Glad you had a relaxing Mother's day.
