Nice workout this morning Linda!

I am sorry to have been MIA. I posted my workout on Friday but I don't think I sent it. I probably got distracted. I didn't work out on the weekend as I was in the office with a full schedule both days so needed the early mornings to catch up on my admin work. I don't like to start a new day without finishing the work from the day before. It overwhelms me too much.

Nice workouts over the weekend friends. I didn't even have a chance to check the forum :(

Annette - no work out helps me lose weight I find. I wish that was a magic workout for me. The thing that works best for me is 0 sugar or carbs before noon. That means no fruit, no juice, no breads, muffins, syrup on my paleo pancake etc. I just eat veg, protein and fat for breakfast. I eat carbs starting lunch. It makes a huge difference in how I feel e.g. less cravings, more manageable appetite and I stay trimmer.

Siobhan- No worries things happen and you have to take care of them and that can change your personal schedule you have to accomplish each day. I'm with you I don't like to finish today's stuff tomorrow. I find If I do I feel like I'm behind the eight ball and can never get caught up.
I hope after taking care of stuff you are all caught up and don't feel overwhelmed now. Enjoy your May day;)

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and found this European version of Taebo called Kardo and done in Tunisia. The guy leading it was hilarious and so energetic. I really liked it, too bad it is based in Europe and Africa. The workout was 43 minutes long and sweaty. I may do it again on another day.

I may do floorwork later.
