I worked out on Saturday - SB - PH3 - wow - that was fun! Sunday - rest and today I did SSOD 30 minutes of cycling.

Hi ladies,

Today was my newest Silver and fit workout for just over an hour to 5 ladies(this is a tough one for this group and me too but we powered through) and then after an extended break(too long got to messaging a long time friend) I did an hour of weight work using the Cathe's slow and heavy method, all dumbbells, chest press and flies, bicep hammer curls, triceps 2 arm 1 dumbbell over head and 1 arm at a time overhead, lying extensions for back, shoulder press compound moves, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Now I need to run some errands and go home and eat!!
