Hi Annette,

Rest day yesterday and today for me. My lower back has been bothering me - not so much my back but it's bothering my quads a bit. I hope to be back at it tomorrow. I hope you are still not too sore today but somehow I think you might be!

Well, I slept in and decided to stay home.

I managed to go through my new Step/Kickbox Fusion routine twice with 2 different music cds. One cd was an hour but the workout was over around 50 minutes and the music was a bit on the slower side.

Then I put in a different cd which is 52 minutes and faster and I did same workout in about 45 minutes, sigh. So I am not sure which cd to use, or if I want to listen to other cds I have. The hour long cd is specifically designed for step.

So I got my cardio in on what should have been a weight day.

Add on 25 minutes of weight work including dumbbells for chest, back, triceps, biceps and shoulders plus floorwork for abs and legs and glutes.
