Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's latest live. With her shoulder still healing, the workouts have more breaks in them which is perfect as I am moving slowly these late winter mornings. I just love how close Cathe's members are to her, helping her along. Maybe they work for her too but you can sure see the connection. Like family.

Siobhan- It sounds like you had fun with your CatheLive workout today. Yes, it would be nice to see the interaction with others concerning her injury now as she slowly getting back to teaching and workingout again. I realize how it takes longer than you'd like but gotta follow doctor's orders soeverything heals properly and doesn't get messed up.
I broke my left arm two years ago in October. Progressing slowly and safely as per Dr.'s orders is frustrating its the best way. Even now I can still feel the difference in arm and need to be cautious lifting weights.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Do This After Every Cycling Workout = 12 Min

Hi ladies,

Today I did part of a Get Ripped 2 Advanced Taebo which I found on YouTube. I did 40 minutes of it and did have on my wrist weights, then I did 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Probably should stretch we'll see, I have a lot if things to do around the house.
