Today I taught my Silver and Fit class to 15 members, including one 87 year old lady who hadn't been to the gym in 3 months. [emoji44] And she kept up[emoji1]. That was an hour.

Then I taught my Sweat with Annette class circuit workout to 15 ladies for 50 minutes.

Then stubborn me kept going and did 42 minutes of weight work including barbell chest press, standing lat pull downs for both back and shoulder, then I did some floorwork abs . 4 hours at the gym is too long,[emoji44].

Hi Annette, we must check the forums around the same time. I hope to be that 87 year old!!! Good for her. Today I did Kelly Coffey Meyer Cardio Pump. Hers are nice to do when I'm feeling tired because they're mostly Intermediate. Still great workouts though. I'll try to check back later.....But we got a new computer and I have to set things straight with it. I'm not optimistic.....

I got up to workout today but... did not. I don't know why. so.. rest day. And Peg - i loved the training but need to practice a lot because I really can't read. i am taking some practice lessons with another woman and will have another 5 sessions with this instructor in the next 2-3 mths. once i am trained, i will be able to do a charity event of reading for strangers to raise money for youth homelessness. i am excited!

Peg when i get better i will read you.

Peg....yes, I find her workouts are right up my alley :). I love Cathe, but so glad I discovered Kelly too....

Annette, I imagine your gym is like your "second home"...that's so neat...

AAHH. Siobhan...whenever you're ready!!! I'm in....as long as the "coin" card comes up. That's the money symbol, right? Although that could also mean I'm about to lose money. Either way. I'm here for you to practice on.
 
Hi ladies,

Annette - if I hadn't said it already, I love that name Sweat with Annette. So catchy! I wish I could spend 4 hours at the gym. Some days I am lucky if I can squeeze in 30min at home between work, baby and other mom chores.

Peg - I love Cardio Pump. There are many good premixes on that one too and I use Kelly for the same purpose as you. You need a lot of energy if you plan to do Yvette or some of Cathe's and some days I just don't have it.

I also want to be that 87 year old doing the gym class!

Siobhan - that's a great charity event you will be doing! So good of you.

Linda - you always seem to have so much fun with your workouts. Are you a smiley person? I have never seen a picture of you, but I can just imagine one big smile.

Monday night I was short on time so I did Cathe Live Upper Body express with core, but minus the core and going extra heavy as I knew it was going to be a short workout. Wow! I sure felt it!
