Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe Live hiit legs - fairly recent one. Wow that was pure fun! I did not do the abs portion as I've been spending the last 15 minutes of my workout time lately doing longer stretches for my feet, calves etc and some isometric exercises. I am finding i just need a lot of time to stretch. Yesterday I did cathe's LITE stretch #2 - that was so enjoyable. I just love cathe!!!!!!

Ceci I am 51 and need to stretch more than ever. I am so tight all the time.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught one of my disco circuits to 5 ladies that braved the weather and snow. With such a small group I skipped the regular Silver and Fit workout and opted for something different and fun.

Then I did 47 minutes on the elliptical machine to finish up my own workout.
