Blender- " Total Body Burn Sets" - 34 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. "Amped Up" Rowing & Total Body Weights AMRAP

Today I did more T&D hiit cardio for 46 minutes. It took longer as it was enduring.

Hi ladies,

Today I found an older Michael Armstrong 43 minute intense 'Taebo ' like workout on YouTube. His speed is insane at times and even when the group has no idea and I mean they are standing around lost while he watches 1 person who appears to be the only person who 'gets it', sigh. Then he changes the order of the moves going the other direction which is slightly more doable but still??!

It was good and sweaty with a long like 8 minute stretch at the end but frustrating at times.

Before this I cleaned the tub, sink and toilet in the upstairs bathroom.

Add on cleaning a 2nd bathroom and cleaning the laundry room's floor. Then I did 17 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. I might be done now.

Athletic Training for today. I always enjoy the challenge of the step section in the first half. I did stick with just the 2 risers through the whole thing though.
