Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of SSOD - 20 minute hiit cycle + a 20 minute lower body workout. I did my own stretch.

I worked out all weekend and on Friday too but just didn't make the time to check in. I'm sorry.

I am SO excited March is here. Nice weather is just around the corner!

Saturday was a ton of walking in NYC. My daughter was in just for a day so we met her for lunch. Yesterday was yoga and today Metabolic Mashup Live.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Revised Circuit to 11 members for about 50 minutes.

Then I did a pyramid style weight workout doing 2 exercises back to back for chest(flies and bench press), biceps(regular curl and hammer curl) and triceps( over head and kickbacks), 1 exercise for back( overhead lying extensions) and seated clean and press for shoulders. Then I did the leg press machine and floorwork for abs and glutes. This took an hour.

I am still sore from Friday's workout and 3 of my ladies are sore too so it must have been good ,LOL!!
