Hi Siobhan,
Today I had 3 ladies, 1 lady was just returning after getting fully vaccinated, we did my newest cardio circuit. It is fun. It was 62 minutes.
Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including barbell chest press got to 110 pounds for 2 partial reps but I held it up a good long time. Chest flyes, hammer and concentration curls, lying back, and 1 arm overhead for triceps all using 17.5 pound dumbbells. Ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch.
Gotta run an errand before going home.
