Today I did Cathe's Xtrain bi's and tri's burn sets + a 10 minutes blizzard blast (and my own stretch). I never do Cathe's blizzard blasts. So glad I did! Quick and fun.

Today it is very windy and cold so I stayed home and did my own Kickbox Fun with Add Ons 1 with some of 2 added on with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. It was 47 minutes.
