Is it the last week of march already? that's unthinkable. where have the months gone?

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did RWH chest/back - 2 different moves X 5 sets = 30 minutes + I added on 10 minutes of Hannah Eden and my own stretches

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Revised seated workout which is now a standing workout to 13 members for 50 minutes.

Then I did 25 minutes on the elliptical and called it a day.

Youngest son is trying to burn a new CD but the first one messed up so he will have to try it again.
