I see you did 37 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes yesterday, Annette ! Yay!

I am getting ready to start my workout(s) which is:

IFit- Cardio & Strength Chipper Rowing Workout- 20 min.
Blender- Double It- High Step & Floor Circuits- 20 min.

I hope you enjoyed your workout Linda.

Today I did Cathe's STS Meso 3 for chest and back - I did 50% of the hour+ workout and added on To The Max 23 minutes of cardio. That was fun! I have done that one in a long time. I added on 5 minutes of Gede Foster's ab challenge day 6.

Have a great day everyone. And yes, it's cold outside. It should hit around 6 degrees today so it's warming up for sure.

Hi ladies,

Today I had planned on going to the gym but that didn't happen so I did a Kickboxing routine from Clau and Paty . I think it is a Spanish class but there is no talking just a class with a leader that you are facing the whole class and doing the moves. Very upbeat and high impact if you so desire. But can be modified especially if you try and follow one of the participants that is doing lower impact. Most of their workouts are dance but they have a few that are Kickboxing. I sweated.

Great job on your interesting kickbox workout today, Annette…and I see that you did add on 22 min. Of floorwork. Sounds like a winner!
 
Oh and there is music playing, I think they cut and splice some to make it flow or to make it fit a certain time frame. Overall, the instructor is good.
