Good morning ladies............

Well, here I am, at least for now! I am so upset about my internet issues lately, sometimes I feel I don't have it more than I do. We'll see how it goes. After my phone call to them Saturday, they are very aware I am upset, trying to get me to get a new modem, etc., instead of addressing the issues........we'll see, it's in the back of my mind to check other options....

Anyway, I'll check in when I can..................

Today's workouts:

YT-Michelle Briehler- "16 min. Standing Cardio Core with Ankle & Wrist Weights"
YT-Hydrow- "10 min. Rowing & Weights Circuit
Interval Time App- "10 min. Gentle Mobility & Recovery"

Today I did a mix of: a 2.0 warm-up, a KB total body workout for 20 minutes from YT and another 23 minute upper body YT workout from the same guy.

Hi ladies,

Today I made it to the gym for an 82 minute gym circuit consisting of barbell chest press from 55 pounds up to 80 pounds. Then the flye machine from 55 to 75 pounds, then dumbbells for chest press using 15's and doing flyes with the 15's also.

Then did dumbbell tricep work using 20's and 25's for overhead exercise and 15's for lying triceps.

I did the leg press machine for press and calves with 1 45 on each side.

Then I did the rope pull on the sled, round 1 : 1:45 plate pulled hand over hand and pushed back.
Round 2: 2:45 plates rope pulled hand over hand and pushed back
Round 3: 2, 45's and a 25 pulled at an effort to me (hand over hand wasn't really doing it so it was a 2 handed pull) and pushed back.
Round 4: 2:45 1 25 & 2:10's which technically made the equivalent to 3 :45's which wasn't my goal but my math failed me. So I struggled but pulled it to me and the pushed it back.
I was sweating.

Then I did some new hip flexor exercises on the floor along with my abwork, legs and glutes plus a longer stretch.

It is snowing here.

Annette- Wow! Another legendary gym circuit workout today for Chest, Triceps & Legs. Also adding in more good stuff with Sled & hip flexor exercises. Plus ab work, legs and glutes, plus a nice stretch as well. Phew! WTG and get it done:) Wow, you got snow today. Snow is so pretty to watch but not to drive in.
