Hi ladies,

Hope you all had a great weekend, our weather was beautiful and I got alot of work done around the house.

Today was Afterburn. I added 100 crunches at the end. I really like the LIS series and I am glad she put it into the March rotation.
 
Hi all,

I did Kelly Coffey-Myers' 30 Min. to Fitness Kickboxing with weighted gloves on. Kinda in a bum mood today so it wasn't a great workout but it was something.

Feeling kinda run down myself today so no workout so far. If I feel a bit better later I might do something short.

Hello my friends, its a beautiful evening here tonight. I did STS total body one time thru premix (about 45 min workout). Needed to zip thru the workout tonight.

I'm making peanutbutter chocolate chip cookies.....oh boy....:p

Siobhan/Annette I hope you feel better tomorrow and really mash that workout!.

Connie I wish i had just a shot glass full of your energy!! you go girl!!
