Hi Everyone,

Today I did a 25 minute SSOD cycling workout + 10 minutes of abs/sculpting from same workout. I added on 20 minutes of stretch/yoga moves.

I cannot believe we are already half way through March but I am thrilled as Summer will be here before we know it!

Today was Yvette Bachman Cardio and Heavy Weights. Her workouts are long and tough!

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Silver and Fit 3 workout which is harder for them but shorter only 52 minutes. I had 14 ladies.

Then I did 52 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Now I need to run by one store and then wrestle 2 cats to the groomer to get their claws clipped.
