Good morning everyone,

This morning I did a mish mosh. I did Slow and Heavy Chest (sans push ups and incline fly). Then I did my own superset (8 sets) of bi's/tri's. Next, I did 28 minutes of Intensity step. I finally ran out of time.

Conni - what colours have you chosen for your rooms?

Hi ladies,

We used Sherwin Williams Sociable in the Family room, then Breaktime in the Foyer and stairwell. We have the Breaktime in there already, it just needed redone. It is a color that gets alot of compliments, but you wouldn't think it would work. It just does, I guess...

Today was GS legs.

Step tomorrow, maybe Intensity....good thinking Siobhan! I may do the entire thing or go with a Seasun Z workout to sub for Lowmax...
 
Hi gals, I managed to maintain a small weight loss even over the weekend so that is good.

Today I did The Ultimate Amped Taebo workout with my weighted gloves on since I don't have an Amp Bar. It was good.

Hoping to hear soon whether I got the long term sub job or not. Pray for God's will to be done, thanks.:D

Had a nice weekend, went to a Casting Crown's Concert (Christian Band) Saturday night which was very good.:D:)
